Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DateBox application ("Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

USE LICENSE

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on DateBox for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on DateBox
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

USER ACCOUNTS

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, or harmful
• Harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person
• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You retain all rights to the content (ideas, memories, photos) you create in DateBox. We do not claim ownership of your data. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to provide the Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL DATEBOX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

THE MATERIALS ON DATEBOX ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. DATEBOX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
